In Their Second Winter After the War, the People of Gaza Face Harsh Humanitarian Conditions 

This winter brings not only cold and rain but also the added hardships of food shortages, worn-out clothes, and damaged tents that provide little protection from the harsh winds and freezing temperatures.

The longstanding blockade on Gaza, which has tightened with the recent conflict, has led to severe shortages of essential goods, turning this winter into a tough test of resilience for children and families. Their tents have deteriorated from constant displacement, their clothes no longer provide warmth, and every day, they struggle to secure a meal to sustain themselves.
